Cutting
CNC cutting
With state-of-the-art CNC cutting systems (Computer Numeric Cutting), every piece is cut identically, ensuring exact fit and consistent quality across any quantity.
Maximum width: 250 cm Maximum length: depending on material
Die cutting
Punching enables precise and efficient cutting of delicate materials.
Maximum cutting dimensions: 220 x 140 cm
Cutting straps and ropes
Roll goods are cut automatically using cold or hot cutting methods into a wide range of lengths up to a width of 70 mm, e.g. webbing, zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners.
Automated roll cutting
With a roll cutting machine, fabric rolls up to 300 cm wide can be cut lengthways and crosswise.
Sewing
Specially adapted industrial sewing machines allow us to process heavy technical materials that meet the specific demands and application purposes of our customers.
Our sewing machines are not designed for clothing.
Gluing
Gluing is used wherever other joining technologies reach their limits. Adhesives are applied as required by brush, roller or spray technology.
Welding
We weld PVC-coated fabrics and films using high-frequency processes or thermal welding to produce waterproof and airtight products.
Sewn connections can be upgraded by taping using hot-air welding.
Accessories
Non-textile components can be integrated into products to improve functionality and versatility. Our standard components made from plastic, metal or wood include:
Eyelets, ropes, straps, press studs, rivets, plastic components, metal components, stiffeners, padding…
Branding & Marking
We have various methods available for applying logos, warning notices or labels directly to the product:
